Just before the storm came, a nest of snow eggs appeared at the front of the lodge. They were different shapes and sizes, and soon attracted a small crowd of caring lodge young people, who looked after the eggs and waited till they hatched the next morning. More.......
Windy!!! VERY COLD!!! But the lodge is warm and ready for the school holidays, Interschools and lots of fun! Snow forecast tonight and we're dancing like demons. Looking forward to seeing everyone again!
Here's the lodge in cheesecake mode! July dump followed by some absolutely sensational weather never seen before etc etc. Still not August!! What a season!

Kitchen window clear! So much snow......
Woke up this morning to 15 cms of fresh; a bit wet, but making the whole place look beautiful, with snow clinging to the trees, the T bars, signs and of course the skidoo. Storm is approaching, with over 20 cms forecast over the next few days.
